Insulation made easy
Green building practices and an increased focus on energy efficiency are driving stricter building codes and greater demand for insulation. The challenge has been to find fast and efficient ways to install insulation on duct work and metal surfaces such as HVAC equipment.
One of the fastest and most efficient ways to get the job done is by using mechanical fasteners, including stud welded pins and insulation hangers. Insulation is impaled on the welded pins and self-locking washers are installed onto the pin to secure the insulation.
